RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products, without having to give any reason and without any penalty.
THE CUSTOMER CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.
EXCLUSIONS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 209/2005) the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded:
a) for goods made to measure or clearly personalized
b) sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and have been opened after delivery.
Furthermore, gift cards and any product without a label are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
RETURN CONDITIONS
In order for the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be respected:
a) The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and accessories (including any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, tags, seals, guarantee certificates) and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages). The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way;
b) Any defects in the articles must be reported promptly within 72 working hours of receiving the order;
c) The right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety and not exclusively to parts of it (e.g.: accessories, complements, etc....);
d) The shipment for the return of the goods, until receipt in our warehouses, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
e) Shipping costs (and any customs fees) are the sole responsibility of the Customer;
f) LYXIIS FASHION is not responsible for any theft, loss, damage or delay in delivery of the goods, occurring during or in any case in connection with the return shipment. The Customer will be able to take action against the courier and obtain a refund. The product will then be made available to the Customer and the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, LYXIIS FASHION will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
The Customer who made the purchase on the website lyxiisfashion.com and concluded the sales contract as a "Guest User" must send an email in order to access the return procedure. The order reference code and the codes of the items you intend to return must be specified in the email.
Once the return request has been received, the LYXIIS FASHION customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow to return the goods.
If the return procedure has been completed correctly, in compliance with all conditions, LYXIIS FASHION will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree. 21/14) within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
